Our IT administration team are responsible for maintaining the company’s IT network, servers and security systems. Backup routines, patching, updates, monitoring and general health statistics are checked and applied as necessary.
We continuously monitor critical systems, with routine maintenance tasks carried out periodically. Where remedial work or required change is significant we log the incident via our helpdesk to manage the progress and inform appropriate personnel.
We check endpoint and server anti-virus updates regularly as part of this service, with anti-virus monitoring configured to alert our support team to any potential malicious activity.
